6 Hours to Greet Nature
This 1/2 day workshop is an introduction to the new science about nature’s impact on human health and well-being. It provides guidance for developing your personal practice with nature.
This workshop is great for those who are looking for a creative, inspiring, and practical introduction to nature-based well-being. Perfect for small groups, or an individual self-care experience, this workshop helps you identify your Ordinary Nature Sanctuary, and how to implement nature sabbaths into the flow of your life.
6 Weeks to Nature Connection
There is no need to see all the reels of Grand Mountain expeditions on social media and feel like you have to replicate them. This six-week offering will guide you through the first accessible steps of developing a connection with nature on whatever terms work for your life situation. You can take this class even if you can only lend 10 minutes a day. Wherever you’re at, it is enough.


6 Months to Nature Relationship
Invest six months of your life—for yourself and your family—and plant something that will benefit you for a lifetime. This class combines nature practices, brief reflective readings, journal and drawing prompts, and bi-weekly group gatherings to help you seed and establish a relationship with nature on your terms, with your particular truth. You also have the option to add individual client sessions for further guidance and support.
